From Term 2 of 2026, Chokmah transitions from CAPS to the IEB curriculum. Here is what that means for your child.
We are excited to announce that Chokmah will transition from CAPS to the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) curriculum from Term 2, 2026.
The IEB is widely recognised as a gold standard in South African independent schooling. It emphasises critical thinking, independent learning and problem-solving, which aligns perfectly with our Kingdom builder philosophy.
What this means for your child:
- Higher academic standards benchmarked internationally
- Greater emphasis on research, reasoning and creativity
- Stronger preparation for university admissions
- Curriculum that complements our TVET and faculty model
Our teaching staff are undergoing IEB training, and we will host parent information sessions during Term 1. Your child's transition will be smooth and well-supported.
