A look inside the rhythm of a CISA day — brain-fresh academics, high-quality training and mentored afternoons.
A CISA day is not school plus sport. It is school, sport and character formation, designed as one.
The day begins with community gathering, then moves straight into our strongest academic blocks when young minds are sharpest. Mid-day is reserved for structured coaching, match play and movement. The afternoon is held for mentoring, tutoring and life skills.
This is the rhythm we call Life by Design — and it is unapologetically different from the conventional school-then-club model. It gives learners the gift of time: time to learn well, time to train well, time to rest, and time to grow as people.
