Welcome to Chokmah: Our Journey from 2 to Over 330 Learners

In 2021, Chokmah Independent School opened its doors in Kempenville, Cape Town, with just 2 learners and a bold, God-given vision: to raise Kingdom builders who recognise their diverse "smarts". Today, over 330 learners from Gr R to Gr 12 walk through our doors every morning, supported by 33 dedicated staff members. The growth has been extraordinary, and we give God all the glory. But we are just getting started. In 2026, we launched CISA (our sports branch), achieved IEB approval — with Term 4 introducing the curriculum ahead of full implementation in 2027 — and built six faculty departments that give every child exposure to vocational skills alongside academic excellence.
