The story of how Chokmah Independent School grew from 2 learners in 2021 to 357 today, and where we are headed next.
In 2021, Chokmah Independent School opened its doors in Kempenville, Cape Town, with just 2 learners and a bold, God-given vision: to raise Kingdom builders who recognise their diverse "smarts".
Today, 357 learners from Gr 1 to Gr 12 walk through our doors every morning, supported by 33 dedicated staff members. The growth has been extraordinary, and we give God all the glory.
But we are just getting started. In 2026, we are launching CISA (our sports branch), transitioning to the IEB curriculum, and building six faculty departments that will give every child exposure to vocational skills alongside academic excellence.
